Governor-elect Andrew Cuomo has selected DGIM's Nirav Shah, MD, MPH, to lead the New York State Department of Health. Dr. Shah has been serving as Associate Director of Research for the Division since 2008. His expertise and guidance have been an invaluable asset to the Division and the School.
